Because every piece is custom manufactured specifically for each client, our return policy differs from standard retail products.


1. Bespoke & Custom-Made Furniture

All furniture sold through LuxSeat.co.uk is made to order and customised according to the customer’s selections.

This includes choices such as:

  • Fabric or leather selection

  • Colour and finish

  • Size and configuration

  • Design specifications

Due to the personalised nature of our products:

Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started.

This policy ensures that every piece we create remains unique to the customer who ordered it.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Important Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your furniture immediately upon delivery, even if you do not plan to use it right away.

Any damage or faults must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist.


4. Upholstery & Material Care

Because our products are made using premium fabrics, leather, and upholstery materials, we cannot accept returns or replacements for materials that have been:

  • Mishandled after delivery

  • Scratched or damaged during use

  • Improperly stored or maintained

Once the item has been delivered and accepted, responsibility for the care of upholstery materials passes to the customer.
