Production & Processing Time
All Lux Seat furniture is handmade to order, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Estimated Production Time:
3–6 weeks depending on the product type and level of customisation.
During this time our team carefully constructs and finishes your furniture using high-quality materials, precision craftsmanship, and luxury upholstery techniques.
You may also receive production updates so you can follow the progress of your bespoke furniture order.
Furniture Shipping & Delivery (UK Only)
Once your bespoke furniture has been completed, it will be securely packaged and shipped using one of our trusted UK furniture delivery partners.
Standard UK Delivery Time:
2–4 business days after production is completed.
Please note that shipping times begin after the manufacturing process has finished.
Our goal is to ensure every piece of luxury furniture arrives safely and ready to be enjoyed in your home.
White Glove Furniture Delivery
For selected locations, Lux Seat offers a White Glove Furniture Delivery Service.
This premium service may include:
• Delivery to the room of your choice
• Assembly of furniture where required
• Removal of all packaging materials
White glove delivery ensures a stress-free and professional furniture installation experience.
Delivery Costs
Delivery pricing depends on the size, weight, and type of furniture ordered.

• Large furniture pieces: Delivery cost calculated at checkout or quoted individually

Damages & Claims
All Lux Seat furniture undergoes careful quality inspection before dispatch to ensure it meets our high standards.
If your furniture arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
To report a delivery issue:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos showing the damage
• Include a brief description of the issue
Our team will review the claim and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or another suitable resolution.
